People wishing to "have a go" ideally need to have booked the session but if you've forgotten don't worry, just turn up! Please arrive at 1.30 p.m. wearing loose clothing to allow you to bend and stretch, as well as flat soled shoes/trainers. The session runs from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. |
